Strategy & Delivery

We help Companies to create a vision for the future and develop a plan for how to get there.

We establish your vision for the future and create a strategy for how to achieve it.  An effective strategy will include the where you want to be in the future (mission, vision, values), the what you want to achieve (goals, objectives) and how you are going to get there (strategic plans, outcomes and actions), and should always include a mechanism for measuring progress along the way.

Strategy

Strategy Formulation

Facilitation of the strategy formulation process within your company with the aim of achieving maximum buy-in from management and staff. This is done through a series of workshops.

The process is consultative and inclusive and once complete will cascade down to all parts of the business so as to ensure that everyone in the organisation is heading in the same direction.

Strategic Review

Identification of the risks and issues facing a business with a corresponding set of options and recommendations on how to resolve them.  This process will require a detailed understanding of your existing company strategies and will typically include both an internal and external review of the business.

Options and recommendations will be aligned to strategy and the prevailing strengths of the business.

We help with short term project management and contract engagements to help you ‘make it happen’

Once decisions have been made, it is not always possible for existing company resources to deliver the required strategic projects.  Existing resources may not have the skills required to manage projects effectively, or simply don’t have the time to run a project and remain on top of their business as usual work.  Current Advisory provides a short to medium term contracting service to address this requirement.

Project-Management

Project Management

Employing project management methodologies, we will manage cross-functional project teams in order to deliver your strategic projects.

We will create a project management structure that includes an appropriate amount of control without stifling agility and flexibility.

Change Management

Your most important asset is your staff, and strategic changes have the potential to be very unsettling for them.

That is why every strategic change needs to be accompanied by a change management plan that will aim to support your people through the change and ultimately contribute towards the success of the project.
